In a relatively short span of time, our team has developed a wide range of products addressing various medical needs and successfully delivered them to end users across the country.

Reflecting on another successful year, I am proud to share the strides we have made in elevating our manufacturing standards. Our production of IV infusions employs advanced Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technology, ensuring sterility and consistency in every batch. Meanwhile, our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facilities are built to comply with and surpass the latest Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards and ISO 9001:2015 certification, emphasizing safety, efficacy, and innovation.

Our modern, fully equipped laboratory supports rigorous analytical testing and quality control, allowing us to consistently produce reliable pharmaceuticals that truly impact the lives of patients and partners alike. It is achieved and certified by ISO17025:2017 Standard.

Our Formulation and Development (F&D) department also continues to pioneer new and effective products, aligned with the ever-evolving healthcare needs of our market. We remain committed to our mission of delivering accessible healthcare solutions that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Welcome to YSI Pharmaceuticals, where our unwavering commitment to quality and affordable access defines every step of our journey. It is both an honour and a privilege to lead an organisation dedicated to advancing healthcare through world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.

Since beginning of our journey in April 2016, we have relentlessly pursued excellence - investing tens of billions of Kyats to renovate, refurbish, and upgrade our production, utilities, warehouse facilities, and water purification systems on our 62-acre campus in Hmawbi, Yangon. Today, we operate one of the most advanced cGMP-compliant facilities in Myanmar, equipped with modern QC and microbiology laboratories.

Our people are the backbone of YSI Pharmaceuticals. With decades of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, our team embodies precision, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality at every step of the process. We uphold the principle that the “correct manufacture of medical products relies upon people” and instil a culture of excellence throughout our operations.

As Myanmar continues to develop its domestic pharmaceutical capabilities, local production offers a vital path toward both reliability and cost-efficiency. Imported medicines - mostly from India, China, Thailand and beyond - currently dominate our market, often at prices accessible only to a few. Recognising the challenges this poses; our mission is clear: to deliver products that uphold global safety and efficacy standards while remaining affordable to the many.
