Hypersensitivity to riboflavin (vitamin B2).
Dosage is based on patients condition. Tell the doctors if the condition persists or worsen. Important counseling is needed for breastfeeding and pregnancy.
Large doses of riboflavin result in a bright yellow discoloration of the urine, which may interfere with certain laboratory tests.
