Riboflavin B.P (Vit B2) ... 3 mg
Pyridoxine HCl B.P (Vit B6) ... 1 mg
Nicotinic Acid B.P ... 27 mg
Calcium D Pantothenate B.P ... 3 mg.
Vitamin B1 is an essential coenzyme in carbohydrate metabolism by combining with adenosine triphosphate to form thiamine pyrophosphate.
Vitamin B2 acts as coenzyme in oxidation-reduction reactions and is essential for activation of pyridoxine and conversion of tryptophan to niacin.
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) is required for formation of haemoglobin and for normal antibody mediated and cell-mediated immune responses.
Nicotinic acid inhibits the synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.
Calcium Pantothenate is vital for amino acid and fatty acid metabolism.
All ingredients are absorbed rapidly following oral administration. All are water soluble vitamins and are not stored in body to any significant extent, the excess quantity being excreted in urine.
Patients with hypersensitivity to vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and any ingredients of this formulation.
Allergic reaction (fever, skin rashes, convulsion, blurred vision), marked sedation, drowsiness to deep sleep, hypotension, bronchoconstriction and anaphylactic shock.
Store below 30º C in cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
