RL Infusion Uses

Ringer's lactate solution is commonly used for fluid resuscitation after blood loss due to trauma or surgery.

It is extensively used in aggressive volume resuscitation, e.g. for patients with pancreatitis, hemorrhagic shock or major burn injuries.
